  1. Delaying one's qadha Salaah Q: If I miss Isha salaah can I perform the Qaza for it on the next day. Similarly for others salaah as well, can it be performed on the next immediate day. A: If you are a saahib-e-tarteeb (i.e. you have less than six qadha salaah) then before performing the next salaah you should perform your qadha Salaah. If you are not a saahib-e-tarteeb (i.e. you have six or more qadha salaah which you have not made up for), then it is permissible for you to perform the qadha Salaah at any time. However you should not delay in making up for all your missed Salaah. And Allah

  4. Going for ruku' immediately after coming up from sajda-e-tilaawat Q: I read Surah Alaq in salaah. I did sajdah tilawat and got up from sajda to qiyaam position. Now the question is, can I go into ruku immediately or should I pause for a while in the qiyam position? A: You should recite few ayaat before going into ruku. If one immediately went into ruku after performing sajda-e-tilaawat without reciting anything, it will be makrooh though the Salaah will be valid. And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best. وحاصله على ما ذكره الفقهاء كما في البدائع ملخصا أن المتلوة خارج الصلاة تؤدى ع
  5. Q: While reciting tashahhud, if the imaam makes salam, should we continue to recite tashahud, durood shareef, dua maghfirat and make salaam? 8. The Procedure of performing Qadha Salaah Q: Can you please explain the procedure for Qadha Salaahs? A: One will estimate the amount of qadha Salaahs one had missed and thereafter one will begin making up for the missed Salaahs. At the time one discharges the qadha Salaah, one will make the intention that this is the last Salaah that I have missed. E.g. One is performing the qadha of one zuhr Salaah. One will make the intention that this is the last zuhr that I have missed. Similarly will be the case for all other Salaahs. Thereafter whenever one performs one will make the same intention
