Are wrist watches considered adornment?

Are women allowed to wear watches when going out or does it come under the category of zeenat?

If its concealed under the sleeve or glove, it is fine.

If it not concealed, it must be a basic watch. 

If it is elegant and expensive, it will be classified as Zeenah.
