Many of our practising brothers and sisters have only a “traditional” understanding of addiction which is to say that they associate addiction with drugs, alcohol, smoking or even when they associate addiction with the Internet its generally thought to be “P ornogrpahy addiction” etc. The sad reality is that many practising brothers and sisters could be addicted to Internet in continually surfing: Islamic sites Islamic forums Continuously and repeatedly checking emails News sites (BBC etc) Watching youtube Watching movies or TV shows etc You could be spending your time on the Internet on Halal and STILL be addicted Read blog here Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
