I might read a hundred interpretations of one verse, but would still ask Allaah's guidance in its comprehension saying, 'Oh teacher of Aadam and lbraaheem teach me!' I would also go to the deserted masjids and ask Allah, 'Oh teacher of lbraaheem! Make me comprehend.'

Ibn Taymiyyah

Asalamu'alaikum

“Plants grow in plain, not rocky, lands.

In the same way, wisdom will grow in the hearts of the modest, not the arrogant,

because Allah SWT ,has made modesty the instrument of the mind

and made arrogance the instrument of ignorance.”

Asalamu'alaikum

-When someone comes into your life, ALLAH sent them for a reason.

Either to learn from them, or to be with them until the end…

Trust someone who can see these 3 things in you :

- The sorrow behind your smile,

- The love behind your anger

- The reason behind your silence.-

Asalamu'alaikum

“It is but a day for us, and a day against us.

One day we’re grieved, and one day we’re happy.

Like that are the loans given between people,

Thus goodness for good, and evil for evil.”

Umar bin Khattab (radiyAllaahu 'anhu) said,

"We were a people who lived in humiliation before, and Allah gave us honor through Islam. So if we seek honor through anything else other than what Allah has honored us with, then Allah will humiliate us".

[Mustadrak Al Hakim 207, Sahih by Ad Dhahabi in Talkhees and Sahih by Albani in Silsilah Sahiha 51]

Abu Bakr al-Balkhi said: The month of Rajab is the month

    for planting,

the month of Sha’ban is the month of irrigating crops,

and the month of Ramadan is the month of harvesting the

    crops.

He also said: The likeness of the month of Rajab is that of

the wind, the likeness of Sha’ban is that of the clouds and

the likeness of Ramadan is that of the rain; whoever does

not plant and sow in Rajab, and does not irrigate in

Sha’ban, how can he reap in Ramadan?

Now Rajab has passed, so what will you do in Sha’ban if

    you are seeking Ramadan?

This is how your Prophet and the early generations of the

ummah were in this blessed month, so what will you do?

No matter how you complain about your grief to people,

they will just listen to you but in fact, won’t truly understand what you’re going through. so there is no reason for them to know..

Smile in front of them, be good to them,

don’t let... them hold the burden of your sadness

Show your sadness only to Your Lord,

complain only to Your Creator not HIS creatures

HE won’t just listen to you but HE will also turn your grief to relief (in shaa Allah)

Once a Muslim woman's husband passed away, left her and her child alone. Few days later, one of her friend asked her, how she would take care of her family, how could she provide for herself and her child?

She replied, "My husband was not Ar-Razzaq (The Ever Provider), only ALLAH is!
