One of the Salaf said •► 'If this world does not cry for you (upon departing it), then the Hereafter will not smile for you.'

فَمَا بَكَتْ عَلَيْهِمُ السَّمَاءُ وَالْأَرْضُ وَمَا كَانُوا مُنظَرِينَ

"And the heaven and earth wept not for them, nor were they reprieved."

[surah Ad Dukhan, 44:29]

من نمّ لك نمّ عليك,

ومن نقل اليك نقل عنك

Whoever slanders to you about others, will slander about you

And whoever reports to you, will soon report about you

إن لله عبادا فطنا * تركوا الدنيا وخافوا الفتنا نظروا فيها فلما علموا *

أنها ليست لحي وطنا جعلوها لجة واتخذوا * صالح الأعمال فيها سفنا

Verily, Allah has intelligent slaves *

They abandoned the dunya, and were cautious of its tribulations;

They looked to it, and when they realized *

That it is not an abode for those who are truly alive;

They made it a transitory station, and took *

Righteous actions as a vehicle.

-Imam Shafi ®

Asalamu'alaikum

“When you go to a doctor, you trust your affairs to him completely

even when you don’t understand the treatment.

Even when it hurts.

Even when it hurts a lot.

You trust him because you know he is curing you.

Our hearts are full of spiritual diseases and Allah wants to cure us.

But we don’t trust the treatment.” Yasmin Mogahed

“In the heavens there is calmness

and on the earth there is beauty.

In the gardens there is freshness

and in you there is a sign.

In the sea there is might

and in the air there is nourishment.

Take from all this comfort for your soul

and recovery for your mind.

And do not waste your time by being unmindful,

this will shield you from good

and lead you to evil.”

Hassan Al-Banna

It was said to Hasan Al-Basri: "Shouldn't one of us feel too shy to ask his Lord to forgive his sin, then do it again, then ask for forgiveness, then do it again?"

He said: "The Shaytaan wishes that you would have this attitude, so do not get tired of asking for forgiveness."

“Appreciate those who have hurt you,

because they strengthen your heart.

Appreciate those who deceive you,

because they improve your wisdom.

Appreciate those who slander against you,

because they improve your personality.

Appreciate those who whip you,

because they arouse your will to fight.

Appreciate those who abandon you, because they teach you independence.

Appreciate those who make you stumble, because they strengthen your legs.

Appreciate those who denounce you, because they remind you of your shortcomings.

Appreciate those who give you strength.”

"The sins that you do in private kills the heart more than the sins that you do in public, because it means that you value the eyes of the people more than you value the sight of ALLAH.

You are more worried about people catching you sinning than ALLAH seeing you."

Imam Ibn Qudamah

And once the storm is over, you won’t remember how you made it through,

how you managed to survive.

You won’t even be sure, whether the storm is really over.

But one thing is certain. When you come out of the storm,

you won’t be the same person who walked in. That’s what this storm’s all about.

Always „thank Allah , before ,during , and after the storm ..♥

✿ܓ✿ Let go of those who bring you down and surround yourself with those who bring out the best in you.

✿ܓSome people criticize to help you be better .:)

✿ܓand some people criticize just to bring you down.:(

✿ Know the difference. Respond differently. You don’t need a certain number of friends, just a number of friends you can be certain of.

★ A true friend won’t judge you.

★ A true friend will keep your secrets a secret.

★ And a true friend will always be there for you.♥

I am always shocked to discover how many people believe that hardships are a punishment from ALLAH!

When people face tests or see others facing tests, they assume Allah must be angry with them. SubhannAllah!

Remember which people were tested the most: The Prophets! And they were the closest to Allah.

Every hardship is good for you—if it brings you closer to Him!” — Yasmin Mogahed
